Course boundary
Course boundaries are defined by boundary and house fencing plus black-topped white stakes.
Blue-stake dropping zones
A blue stake marks a two-club-length dropping zone; for an associated obstruction, GUR or no-play zone, relief must be taken at the applicable stake.
Painted lines and dots
Painted lines or dots on fairway-height general area or a putting green may be treated as GUR for ball or swing interference, but not stance alone.
Irrigation spray zone
Outside a penalty area or unplayable lie, abnormal-condition relief may be taken from irrigation spray interfering with the ball, stance or swing.
