The listed stakes, guarded vegetation, irrigation equipment and surfaced paths are immovable obstructions; Rule 16.1 free relief applies outside penalty areas.
Hole 17 overhead wires
A ball striking overhead wires on hole 17 must be replayed without penalty.
Holes 3, 7 and 12 dropping stakes
For a ball in the penalty area on holes 3, 7 or 12, a one-stroke drop within one club-length of the dropping stake is an additional relief option.
