Out of bounds is defined by the course-side ground-level line between white stakes or fence posts with black tops.
Immovable obstructions
All stakes, fixed sprinkler heads and the driveway drain left of hole 14 are immovable obstructions with Rule 16.1 relief.
Putting-green obstruction line
Line-of-play relief is available when an immovable obstruction is within two club-lengths of both the putting green and the ball, unless the chosen line is clearly unreasonable.
