The area marked with red-and-green stakes on the 15th hole is a no-play zone; penalty-area relief must be taken.
Mandatory relief from protected trees
Staked trees are no-play zones and mandatory free relief must be taken for interference.
Ground under repair
The listed marked areas, wheel ruts, bunker washaways, defined gardens, turf seams, edging grooves and qualifying fairway bare patches receive free relief.
Immovable obstructions
Listed artificial features are immovable obstructions; near-green line-of-play relief is available where the Local Rule conditions are met.
Exposed tree roots
Free relief is available from exposed tree roots in the fairway and the defined fairway-margin area.
Course-marking equipment
Stakes, ropes and hoops are treated as immovable obstructions, except that hoops around a green may be moved and must be replaced.
