Course boundaries
Out of bounds includes ground beyond boundary fences plus the clubhouse, car parks, irrigation tanks, sheds and dams where fenced, signed or marked by black-topped stakes or lines.
Hole 14 penalty-area drop stake
For a ball in the red penalty area behind the 14th green, one-stroke relief may be taken under Rule 17.1d or at the nearest dropping stake.
Hole 15 penalty-area provisional
When it is uncertain whether a ball is in the penalty area on hole 15, the player may play a provisional ball under the club's stated Rule 18.3 procedure.
Watering-equipment relief
Hoses, taps, tap boxes and sprinkler heads are immovable obstructions; Rule 16.1b relief is available for interference.
Roads and paths are integral
All roads and paths are integral objects.
Gravel-ant nests
Gravel-ant nests or colonies may be treated as abnormal course conditions with Rule 16.1b relief.
