Local Rules
Out of bounds
All ground beyond the club boundary fence is out of bounds, as are the areas beyond white stakes with black tops on the left sides of the 9th and 12th fairways.
Red-staked penalty areas
Areas defined by red stakes are penalty areas under Rule 17.
Ground under repair
White pegs or lines, old irrigation lines and open man-made drains define GUR under Rule 16.
Bird damage
Bird-damaged areas in the general area are GUR with Rule 16.1b relief, except when the damage interferes only with the player's stance.
Ant hills and trails
At the player's option, ant hills and trails may be removed as loose impediments or treated as GUR for free relief.
Immovable-obstruction line-of-play relief
In the general area, line-of-play relief is available when an immovable obstruction is within two club-lengths of both the putting green and the ball, unless the chosen line is clearly unreasonable.
Course markers as obstructions
Sprinkler heads, distance markers, hazard pegs and GUR pegs are immovable obstructions from which relief may be taken.
Hole 1 — Powerline replay
If a ball hits a power pole or overhead wire while playing hole 1, the stroke does not count and must be replayed without penalty from the previous spot.
Bare patches on putting greens
For a ball on a bare patch on a putting green, mark, lift and place the ball no nearer the hole.
Ball strikes robot mower
If a ball is known or virtually certain to have hit a robot mower, the stroke does not count and must be replayed without penalty from the previous spot.
Protected trees and garden no-play zones
Mandatory free relief applies when a staked or guarded tree or shrub interferes with lie, stance or swing outside a penalty area. All garden beds are no-play zones.
Embedded stones and gravel pathways
A ball on embedded stones or a gravel pathway in the general area may be lifted and dropped without penalty, no nearer the hole.
Mud on ball
When a ball lies in the general area cut to fairway height or less and has mud on it, mark, lift, clean and replace it on its original spot without penalty.
Ball in ground cracks
Rule 16.1b relief is available when the ball itself rests in a crack in the general area; stance-only interference does not qualify.

Regulations
Dress code
Neat casual golf clothing and appropriate footwear are required. Thongs, tank tops, offensive T-shirts, football shorts and similar clothing are not permitted on the course or in the clubhouse.
