Course boundary out of bounds
Ground beyond any fence bounding the golf course is out of bounds.
Marked GUR and tractor marks
White-marked or signed GUR and tractor tyre marks outside penalty areas qualify for free relief.
Bull-ant nests are GUR
Bull-ant nests are ground under repair and qualify for free relief.
Penalty-area drop zones
On holes 5, 15, 16 and 18, the nearest designated drop zone is an additional penalty-relief option.
Fairway preferred lie
On the fairway being played, a ball may be placed once within one card length, no nearer the hole; the grass mounds on holes 2 and 8 are excluded.
Other-fairway marking-line relief
A ball resting in a fairway marking line on a fairway other than the hole being played may be dropped within one club-length, no nearer the hole.
