Stakes, direction and tee signs, and other course signage are immovable obstructions with free relief for stance and swing.
Greenside sprinklers
Line-of-play relief is available when a sprinkler is within two club-lengths of both the green and the ball.
Staked trees and gardens
Staked trees, 130-metre grass trees and all gardens are no-play zones requiring mandatory free relief.
Powerline replay
When it is known or virtually certain that a ball struck a powerline, support pole or support structure, replay from as near as possible to the previous stroke location.
Tree stumps between holes 14 and 15
Free relief is available for stance or swing interference from tree stumps between fairways 14 and 15.
