Cart posts and ropes
Golf-cart fence posts and ropes are treated as movable obstructions; free relief is available only for interference with stance or the intended swing.
18th hole drop zone
For a ball in the 18th-hole penalty area that crossed near the garden and red tee markers, the player may use stroke-and-distance, lateral relief, or the marked drop zone, each for one penalty stroke.
