Local Rules

Out of bounds and lost-ball alternative

OOB includes boundary fences, the oval, car park, clubhouse surrounds, the garden by tee 1 and the west side of the creek on hole 3. A two-stroke fairway-edge drop option is available.

Protected staked trees

Relief is mandatory when a staked tree or shrub interferes with the player's stance or intended swing.

Ground under repair

GUR includes white-marked areas, formed paths, vehicle wheel marks, gardens and listed storage bins. A white stake in a bunker requires a compulsory drop outside the bunker.

Hole 1 — Rock-face relief

A ball within one club length of the rock face may be lifted and dropped on the upper level within two club lengths, no nearer the hole, without penalty.

Sprinklers near putting greens

Free relief is available when both the ball and sprinkler are within two club lengths of the green and within two club lengths of each other, subject to the listed restrictions.
